"Its all there in your mind..!!"....really..??

I'm not sure if this should fall under poo'pouration or not but this is definitely something I cant wrap my head around.

"its all there in your mind..!!" is another beautiful concept of understanding human relationships/associations given my some "practical honchos". According to which whatever relations we have or whatever compromises/sacrifices we make are nothing but stupid delusions.
